LES JARDINS DRIVE
A great kitchen starts long before the cabinets and countertops are selected.
It's thinking through how you cook, how you entertain, where things belong, what needs to be within reach - all the little details you shouldn't have to think about before you buy.
Great kitchens are shaped by countless small considerations. We think about all of them. π

Landscaping is often treated as an afterthought or the finishing touch added once a home is complete.
But outdoor design carries just as much weight as what happens inside. It's not a finishing touch. It's part of the architecture.
At Pear Design Build, every element is considered together, indoors and out, so the whole home lives in harmony. π

Not every kitchen needs to shine.
There's something beautiful about the softness of a honed finish - the way it lets the movement and character of the stone take center stage.
Paired with warm wood and understated finishes, the result feels sophisticated without trying too hard. π

Every project has a room that steals the show. Here, it’s the Family Suite.
We wanted to rethink the traditional guest room and create a space where an entire family could come to stay — parents and children together, with plenty of room for everyone to settle in and feel at home. Part bedroom, part gathering place, it gives guests something more than simply a place to sleep. It gives them a space of their own while they’re here.
Easily one of our favorite rooms we’ve ever designed. π

Meet Dana Pearsall, the designer and builder behind Pear Design Build.
With decades of experience in design, construction, and real estate, Dana sees a home from every angle - how it looks, how it works, how it feels, and how it will actually be lived in. Her approach is equal parts creative vision and practical know-how, with an eye for the details most people would never think to consider.
Because great design isn't just about what you notice. It's also about everything you don't. π

A beautiful home should never feel too sophisticated to live in.
We design spaces for the way people actually live - comfortable, functional, and stylish enough to make "the everyday" feel a little more special. π

More than a place to prepare meals, the kitchen is the social center of the home.
A space where family connects, guests gather, and life unfolds naturally. Thoughtful proportions, timeless materials, and a seamless flow create an environment that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
Because exceptional design is measured not only by how a space looks, but by how it brings people together.π€

“Pear Design Build gets involved early when your project is just a concept... An idea turns into a 3D sketch, which turns into a value-engineered set of drawings, which turns your vision into a reality."
