At Pear Design Build, our process begins with conceptual SketchUp modeling, allowing us to study the experience of the home in three dimensions before construction drawings are developed. From there, detailed CAD plans and engineering bring structure and precision to the vision.
Renderings come later — not to create the design, but to help visualize what has already been thoughtfully resolved through the planning process.

Landscaping is coming together at 3667 Toulouse.
But once the ground was opened, a larger issue surfaced. Water from a neighboring property was moving through the site, creating erosion beneath the structure.
Moments like this are where experience matters.
Not just identifying the problem, but understanding how to correct it properly, rerouting drainage, reinforcing the foundation, and ensuring the solution supports the home long-term.
This is how projects are protected.
