PROJECT MANAGER

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Claudia brings over 15 years of experience in construction cost accounting, having served as a Controller for both small and large general contractors. Her career began with a local contractor in Dallas, and she later transitioned to West Palm Beach to work with a nationally recognized $1B+ general contracting firm. We are proud to have her as a member of the Pear Design Build team in Project Management. This role offers her the opportunity to grow beyond the financial side of construction and expand her expertise. She now applies her extensive background in financial oversight and construction risk management to key areas such as subcontractor relationships, scheduling, insurance requirements, claims management, and the protection of lien rights. Claudia’s experience is invaluable in ensuring successful project outcomes.
